Besides for off-roading I don’t see the point. In addition, you could already implement this in/with any vehicle. Just go purchase a drone.

How can someone compare a Y with a pickup truck. This is still great and we don’t know the final specs. I’ll agree that the center console looks a bit ridiculous but it’s good to have to put stuff (unlike the glovebox-less Rivian).

I feel similarly about my Rivian reservation (4 years of waiting as of now) but somehow I’m still thinking the CT will be worth the wait (supercharger network is a huge plus for me).

@Crissa i couldn’t agree more. I was only mentioning it as it’s been brought up a few times. We haven’t gotten our Rivian R1S yet, so no personal experience with it (only almost 4 years since preordering). Debating on keeping the Raptor until we can get our hands on the CT. I find the regen on...

On the Rivian forum, some complain/mention that the regen is so strong on such a heavy vehicle that it actually can be dangerous…

I totally get what you’re feeling. I guess I hope that they stick to their initial plan of having a BEV Wrangler (I believe that the post below yours shows that it’s on the roadmap).

Maybe we didn’t read the same thing. There’ll still be a Wrangler. The Magnetos were Easter Jeep Safari concepts. They won’t drop it. My thought is that they’re trying to appeal to a wider crowd. I guess we’ll see.
