Same here. The window sticker says automatic wipers which to me means they come on when rain is detected. I drove through rain and they didn’t work, I don’t think the feature is live. OTA should fix it.
You might be Correct! I was just at a Supercharger with my CT and another CT pulled in with Manufacture plates and (4) Tesla employees. In conversation one mentioned “FS is done” Seems like a credible source to me.
Because Coasting is 100% efficient and regen is not. If you coast down a 10 mile downhill grade vs regen Your wh/m average will be less by coasting. You need regen to control speed but if you are going. 55mph with regen and can safety go 65mph by lightly pressing the Accelerator (until the...
No, it’s doesn’t make a difference how much headwind you have. Coasting if FREE, so if you have a headwind you get less “free” but whatever you get is still Free
regen increases efficiency but not as much as coasting which is more efficient than regen. Remember regen slows you down also.
ORDER OF RANGE CONSUMERS:
USING POWER
REGEN
COASTING
In coasting you can almost go forever, just a/c, radio, etc would be your power drain.
On a downhill hill you ideally want to not see any of the grey bar nor green bar, that’s coasting which will maximize efficiency. It takes a very precise foot to do it but it’s a fun challenge. Not Sure why the software won’t just do this automatically as in our GLE450. The GLE450 is a mild...
I got the CT on Wednesday. On Friday I received a call from a Tesla certified installer. He said Tesla will provide the Universal Wall Connector (charger) V3 gateway for power share and another box. They are coming out to give me an estimate for labor. The REALITY is that the “brochures” are...
After getting the CT on Wednesday, I can say the range is as advertised or better. Wh/m since my last charge and after driving nearly 200 miles of freeway/streets with 2000 foot Gaines on a 45 mile leg on the freeway and back down.
This works out to 328 miles for a full pack which is more...
