I got a super dark tint strip that goes almost to the level of the rear view mirror...the built-in tint in the top of the window is so dark now almost no sun gets through and the rest of the visor tint that comes lower is perfect.

I want the Cylon red-eye sound from the original Battlestar Galactica…or have it say “By your command” in the cylon voice.

Any other suggestions on tires when the time comes? I have CB and have been very gentle on them just for the fact that I don’t want to wear them down prematurely. I’m assuming if the 70K warranty tires noted above (from Tirerack) wear out sooner than 70K they’ll replace them at a pro-rated price.

Ditto that…FSD should save on tires and most certainly is more efficient charge-wise. On a long trip with ‘mostly’ FSD, I’d almost always end up with a higher % at my destination than predicted. The main reasons I had to not use FSD at times was due to it speeding, tailgating, and missing...

Added it to my GEICO policy along with an 2003 car and 2021 standard SUV, I believe they charge me just slightly north of $200/month. We’re in FL…for all three it’s close to $6K/year.

Maybe…but FSD was doing the driving and picking the speed. It also started in on my at 71 mph…incessant nagging.

I‘ll have to double check my settings but I have mine on ’absolute’ and ’early collision’ warning. The thing that I found (sort of) funny was the speed limit would be 70, it would go up to 71 (before it creeped up to 80) then it would bark at me and I’d get a nasty gram on the screen saying...

Mine did this on FSD through GA but almost 100% of the time when there was a “Minimum Speed 40” sign…at first I thought it was because it was seeing old construction or fog but then I noticed it suddenly cut speed and it was always when I passed one of these signs.

Anyone try putting a piece of tape over the camera?

Just took 1 day 750 mile trip and I agree with this post 110%…FSD exceeds speed limits to the point where you’d get a ticket (and interestingly barks at you when you do exceed it), tailgates incessantly, and basically doesn’t in any way regard there are idiots on the road, so zero anticipatory...

Got multiple warnings today then it locked me out of FSD, and the banner said something like FSD not usable for the remainder of the drive. So, I decided to put it into park, opened then closed the door and voila…it worked again.

More range would be my only regret at this point. I feel like I did with the first iPhone x1000 every time I drive it. spectacular
