Having power in the back of the bed sure does come in handy! You could modify that and use the motorized platform bits. Turn the tv mount horizontal and maybe a few welds
Good idea! I kept mine on top amd driving around made the heads go off nonstop which was nice - then the fog machine on the remote. If youre parked on the side of a street your bottom of tailgate is a great idea. I might do that this weekend!
Hmm that's nutty, it totally says they're in stock here but like Ken said above, if you have a Spirit Halloween store around, they may have some stocked there to snag in-store
I missed out last time and wanted to be early to the game this year.
The mount sounds awesome and I was very close to something like that. I was sitting on the ground in the garage with a bunch of metal, unistrut, some threaded rod and a welder and was about to go crazy with a mount. It was my...
OOo good point! I'll have to keep an eye out - so far, so good and perhaps another win for the crappy little 400-watter machine. Can't wait to use it closer to Halloween
Imagine last year when it was something like Oct 25th - seeing this video and everything either sold out or would arrive after Halloween lol do it now and no regrets! Drove around last night and had lots of thumbs up which was nice!
Thanks! It's 100% something I can drive around with. This is perhaps the most temporary way of doing this without having to build a mount but it works!
I'm using concrete pavers I had lying around to elevate it so it's up a little higher over the tailgate and then rope ratchets (...
Last year there was an awesome video going around of someone who did this but by the time I saw it, it was too late and the animatronic Cerberus were all sold out SO this time I figured Iβd get quick to the game and help anyone who also wanted to do the same with a parts list! The fog machine...
I don't have the numbers on hand and I did everything together (PPF, tint, and ceramic coating) and it was a little under $8,000. My only recommendation would be to look for an xpel dealer who's had experience with this PPF and has experience with wrapping cybertrucks.
It's $263 through Tesla. I admit I've been lazy getting quotes from others and should get on it but it was cheaper than some original quotes of $300ish originally
My paperwork shows the PPF warranty is 10 years.
I decided not to tint the roof because it already does a good job with UV IMO. You can't see it so cosmetically, it didn't make much sense either ? - that was my thought process anyway
I have xpel xr plus ceramic tint and it's been fanstastic! I did the front windshield, small front triangle windows, and then front and back windows. The black PPF I have is also xpel in "ultimate black." and it's been great, too! Lots of freeway driving and I maybe have one little rock ding in...
I dig this kind of a kit. MASONRY has a neat one but not my style and it seemed like every piece of their kit had their logo in it. I get it - but this truck is as obnoxious as it is simple so yours is nice. Any thoughts on basic pricing despite tariffs, etc.?
Yeah it seems like there's LOTS of issues across SC and as much as I would love to say issues can be similar to what you'd experience at a restaurant where "it's all who you interact with" that's not always the case and as far as I'm concerned, this has nothing to do with how much $$$ you spend...
Nope! They definitely should not be charging you because it's included with Foundation Series Cyberbeasts. My quote and confirmation are both $0.00
Did they do your install yet? Maybe message them? The only thing I can think of is if you have a non-Foundation Cyberbeast and want the lightbar...
