I received my bars today and the install does not look like the video they published with the heavy duty version. Like you I was finally able to tighten the nylon nut via a flexible adapter, but the hex screws that mount to the T nuts are stripping my #4 and Allen wrench because of the loctite...

I have 2 dividers too and IMO the best CT accessory I own. I keep one far back to hold a cooler in place and then use the middle for miscellaneous things. Then I use the third section closest to the tailgate for anything that I need to quickly grab and Costco runs!

agree. I would purchase if not for the branding on each component. it reminders me of t-sport.... let the product speak for itself and don't plaster your brand all over it.

mine works fine and have heard from a few others in the area that are also up and running. I'm in the CLE area of Ohio.

I had all the updates and when I went to the controls for the truck in the app the option was not available. Then, yesterday, when I launch the app, it showed the tutorial. After you go through tutorial, it takes you to the Controls and the third option is there and enabled.

I had the gateway installed at my house last week and my powershare (software) was finally enabled today. I manually disconnected from the grid to test and it works well!

Same as others, but I also never experienced air coming out of the seat because even when I could feel it cooling, there was no airflow so I think it is pulling the air in instead of blowing it out. When you guys test are you sitting on the seat because maybe it’s pressure sensitive/activated too?

Same. I had mine installed earlier this week, have the most recent app, but do not have the option yet. My setup did pass inspection so I guess it’s a waiting game now!

this only occurred once and I have been fine ever since.

same with mine but only on the left side so the cover does not touch the tailgate and it leaks (and lets dust in) on this side.
