Well done, But it’s still mounted on the back. Cybertruckco.com is manufacturing a front receiver compatible with OEM, i.e. it won’t require an expensive new bumper as well. They told me it should be available in a few more weeks; no pricing info yet. 🤞
I contacted cybertruckco about the front receiver in a picture posted on this thread and received this back:
Its part of the front bumper, but we are making one for the OEM bumper, will email you once available to order next few weeks...
has anyone noticed that the dry wipe on the windshield has gotten worse in this latest software update? Mine seems to dry wipe every time I’m in FSD now.
My truck still hugs the yellow centerline and the wiper still dry wipes the windshield :( Also, last week I had my bike rack and bicycle attached to the rear receiver hitch. The truck acted very squirely in FSD speeding 20 mph over the limit to turning into oncoming traffic lane to departing...

The Mirror camera is worth it though. Much better resolution, it doesn’t get dirty from road grime/rain (I live in the pacific NW) and I just can’t get used to looking for the rear view on the screen.
what works for you? Am I doing something wrong? Also, it’s not about needing to be in a particular lane for navigation. It’s almost like my corgis when they’re just stubborn but not lol for this.
I'm in hurry mode.
When I installed the rear view camera it was a bitch to remove the manual shift housing. The clips were incredibly strong and tight. It also took a few tries to get all the wiring tucked up in the beauty cover.
What exactly am I cleaning here? This wiper issue seems to happen randomly. FYI, I recently installed the Hansshow rearview mirror/camera (love it) and don’t want to mess with it. Also, this issue has been going on since I bought the truck last November.
Periodically, while I’m in FSD with or without navigation on, I’ll try to change lanes by activating the turn signal. No other cars near me in either lane and the truck won’t change lanes. I have to turn off FSD, break, or override the steering to change lanes.
I bug report it but no changes...
I have a recurring issue that Tesla has not addressed with a software update despite my constant and continuing bug reports. The wiper turns itself from OFF to Auto and dry wipes the windshield under clear blue, dry, sky’s. I then have to select the wiper and turn it back to off which dry wiper...
