yup super common these days. First calibrate the cover under the secret service menu I took mine in for the slats and it took a whole day but they fixed it for now. The seals just giggle around with movement on its own which causes it to come out on the sides. Prob a recall eventually

I had some issues as well. Mine started peeling after a week or so with 3 coats applied after following all directions.
