What i did with my CT windshield is had a protective film installed on mine. Exo shield in one but there are a number of companies that make it. It is very popular with off roaders. I live in MT where there is always sand or grit on the road. I hoping it helps. My nearest Tesla center is in WA.

Actually its not an option from Tesla. I've gone through 2 windshields within 2 years on my Jeep grand Cherokee here in MT. It's like its sand blasted and chipped within a year. So i did some research on line and there are a few companies that offer this windshield coating for high end cars...

I live in Montana where there is always sand or gravel on the road. The area here is so hard on windhields so I had a protective film put on the outside on my windshield. Cost me 700.00 but i thought that might be cheaper than a new one and finding someone to replace it.
