I definitely do not have Powershare and it looks like it's just a toggle in the truck or app, here is the app view. So if you can access the Controls panel or have app access for a demo drive I think you can flip the switch.

Activation on the truck? If his Powershare hardware is already installed and 'turned on' then you'd think any Cybertruck should be able to plug in and supply power.
