RN #11275xxxx, Ordered 12/16 from VA. No VIN yet. But there is surge on VIN assignments since the weekend: NJ, NY, TN, OH are all get these VIN these days. Nearly all people in these states had orders in between Dec 15-16 (the first days of the second wave invites).

One thing I noticed was that this time the program doesn't mention 45-day delivery. For the reward program, it promised delivery within 45 days.
