update: it didn't fix the wiper! and mine does it with or without wash.

I downloaded it last night and am hoping it changes at least the one thing that bugs me so far, which is that the windshield wiper comes to a rest about 20 degrees from the edge of the windshield instead of straight up like it should, after I drive it today, I will report back.
