Totally agree. But, not much I can do. I'll live with it as long as they fix the issue before I get it. Service center is about 85 miles away, would rather not come back.
Just got bad news . . . Cancelled my delivery for tomorrow "Due to a Hold" - so, even though they continued to do everything and say "come tomorrow", they delayed my delivery to 3/29 now AFTER I made the final wire payment. Quite annoying.:mad::mad::mad:
I totally recommend the V3 Wall Charger. Totally worth it in the long run, and really makes having an EV seamless. If you are comfortable with electricity, you can do it yourself. I installed my first, and am installing an outside station so I can easily charge the CT without moving the model...

Nothing yet, they reached out to me with the Delivery appointment. Maybe something will get delayed, or they already have a fix that they will apply, or mine isn't affected. We'll see.
