A lot of the incidents I've read about happened some time ago when Tesla was still using the front facing radar for AP/FSD. The initial disclaimer one consents to when first enabling AP/FSD specifically called out the limitation that the system may not correctly identify stationary objects in a...
I remember looking it up many years ago, and IIRC it was probably around $20k.
You can see videos of the tow dolly I mentioned here https://www.safetytowingsystems.com/, but there are other brands out there. A Google search mentions that it costs over $10k, but not sure how accurate that is.
I'm didn't click and read it because I don't want to support crap, but this might be useful to you for just such an occasion as reaching your limit of free articles https://12ft.io/
I don't think the bulky "box"-thing under the back is for aero because I think it would make aero worse. It might be for a tow hitch or for under-bed storage.

They never said the glass would be bulletproof, and it won't be. It's "Armor Glass" designed to resist debris that would go through it break regular glass.
Well, it looks like Aptera will be including DC Fast Charging on their Launch Edition vehicles after all! 40-60kW (will depend on testing and validation), so that is something good that it will have that Arcimoto didn't
I don't think Aptera will have the same fate. I have one reserved, even though I'm not sure I will end up getting it. I would never buy the Arcimoto because I see it as an expensive toy for a lifestyle that I'm not into. The Aptera, on the other hand, is a practical commuter vehicle. I drive...
I hadn't seen this video either, but I love where the Cybertruck overtakes the Roadster in space. Made me think of how awesome it would be for a sci-fi movie or show to have a cameo scene with the Roadster while travelling in space.
Thanks, that brochure is more informative as to how the system works. I guess the content in the video in the OP seems to be dumbed down a little bit in order to not get too technical.
