I was going to do it brushed black too until I saw someone else do it and several others do matte or gloss black. This keeps the original look of the CT just a little darker, and no fingerprints. You can touch this stuff all day and won't see any fingerprints.

IMO I really think that there is a dip right now in prices. I suspect that once it is time for the Non-FS to come out it is going to be more than Elon said and with limited options bringing values back up. I just don't see how or why they would sell these for 80k. They are worth more than that.

The Tesla tech was just here and replaced the wiper under warranty.

My windshield wiper motor was replaced before I got delivery a few weeks ago. However, yesterday my windshield wiper fell apart for some reason. I went to grab it to clean around it and it fell apart. Not sure what the heck happened. Tesla is coming by today to fix it.

I was about 250,000 in line from my reservation. I was thinking that I would get it at the end of 2024. Got the foundation series 3 weeks ago. I am assuming that about 25,000 Cybertrucks were built. Once the Foundation series ends they will go back through the list starting at the beginning...

These are all very valid points. Number 2 really resonates with me. There is a lot of attention good and bad with driving the cybertruck. I just tinted my windows and try not to look sided to side. haha.

I really don't see why Tesla wouldn't buy it back from you and resell it as Used but for more than sticker. If I were you and you really didn't want it, go to the dealership and see what they will offer you for it. I can see it being similar market as the Corvette C8 Z06.

When I was at that stage, I just attached a copy of my current vehicle insurance card. That worked for me. They didn't ask for insurance when I picked it up at Tesla. Your current insurance policy will cover your new vehicle as long as you contact your agent about getting a quote on it.

You could of thrown in a Cybertruck Reflective Tee for $35. I really hope they start making these items available so we can get things we actually need. I'd like to get a spare tire, Universal Charger, Crossbars, Molle Panels, Cargo divider.

The gap above the visor is not cool. I get a bunch of sun coming in with that gap when heading east in the morning drive to work.
