I just gave my neighbor a CT test ride.....he was interested in the truck itself and didn't know, understand or realize how amazing FSD is....he told me that he thought it was just a fancy cruise control....after the demo he was SHOCKED!!

IMHO i wouldn't report it but would post it all over social media.....X, Youtube, etc. My guess is there is a village somewhere that knows they got out.
