That’s why I don’t get it when other specialties are pricks to you. You screen everything for us and have to know enough about pretty much everything not to be dangerous.
Trauma surgery has its downsides too. Believe you me. When the ER is freaked out and needs to get through a workup legit...
It also hurts care directly. It’s why we document constantly spending way less time on actual clinical problem solving.
Epic alone rakes in about 6 billion dollars a year. Mad respect for what you do in the ED. I come down for traumas, but that’s generally something that’s been activated by...
It’s the same thing in healthcare. The reason society puts up with outrageous lawsuits filed against people trying to save other people’s lives is to protect the innocent against someone who may egregiously be endangering vulnerable patients. And yet, a good proportion of these lawsuits are...
They also retain the ability to add shielding to the bottom of the truck. Granted, it can’t be Tesla’s pretty fairly priced terrestrial armor, it has to be UP’s product which is made of solid unobtainium, but you can add it.
if you take your cybertruck off-road, that matters.
I love tint and my entire windshield here in Arizona is tinted right up to the edge of the legal limit but I think I would hate that.
It’s distracting to me even in a photo.
I realize when people ask you what you think of their haircut you don’t say, “I hate it” but in this case you may still...
Understood. It’s just when my washer and dryer and hot water heater and all three of my fridges are running as well as my AC And pool pump in Arizona, I’m pulling about 12.5 kw. Let’s say 12 for the sale of argument.
So 12000/240 is about 50 amps in my mind.
I guess some people have bigger...
Come on people. It’s Epic no? He hammers this stuff out on his own anvil in the garage.
It’s freaking nuts.
Those lightbar brackets btw were made long before Tesla had a solution.
I know this truck well. It’s even more awesome in person. He’s got a clever home-brew solution for literally every problem.
He probably would have posted it if he wanted to share but ask him about his solar wind deflector and custom hand forged light bar brackets and AC stand sometime.
Or his...
It’s surprising to me there is a big enough market of people charging EV’s at home without enough reserve to run 48amps. Maybe that speaks to how much privilege I’m used to.
Well. What I can tell you all with certainty from before and after tint AB is that it makes an enormous difference. The amount of energy that comes in through there in a sunny place that the climate control needs to get rid of is enormous. Glad Tesla addressed it.
There is an entire thread on here somewhere of me being chastised for insisting on tinting my 24 glass roof in Arizona twice and how effective it’s been. I feel vindicated. Lol.
Thanks Tesla.
