    AWD CT 51k vin. I have the same rattle/vibration issue for driver door. SC currently working on it, advisor said they are aware of issue, don't know what's gonna be the repair.

    I have a suggestion on how to eliminate a possible hvac/coolant related noise - open up the frunk back cover, set up a Gopro with light at different sides of that area, drive around and try to record this noise that haunts every truck.
