You are correct that your wall connector is connected to wifi, however the function for the handle itself to open the charge port door when you click the button is indeed low signal broadcast that is picked up by a reciever in the truck.
Also am having this issue. I’d go into service mode and see if there is a charging door fault, you can also see that if you click the notification icon (top right). Adding mine to a list of things I need eventually fixed. I open mine via the Tesla app and it works fine for now
Hell yeah, I ended up having the dreaded inverter issue at about 13k miles, 5 months in shop and then continued to have issues with everything from lightbar and rear taillight to UI on screens acting strange to sound issues. Loved the truck but no issues yet for CT.
True that! Your example is picture perfect for the Lightning Lariat I owned before I sold it for my cybertruck… that depreciation kept going even for me as a second owner…
85k (msrp new) > 55k (when I bought 11k miles) > 42k (when sold 24k miles)
Agreed, although spot checking there is one AWD in NJ showing available for 68k, although the listing doesn’t open. Wonder if my web scraper is borked.
if it’s any help, I would get a inventory cyberbeast if you can swing it. Luxe package and newer build would be a better choice vs the foundation early vins that had issues. I have a web scraper tjat pulls prices and cyberbeast is 84k and AWD is 73k (2024) as of the time of writing this.
Summon/ASS for other vehicles was written on old autopilot days software stack and integrated side by side with FSD on new stack. This is why summon is blantatly bad performing on S/3/X/Y vs FSD for most things. (Speaking around short distance/driveways for those of you that are going “Summon...
Are you able to be transparent and let us know if these bars are using Ghozt’s 2.0 module and LED pods? This may help with some of the questions being asked for brightness, features and other capabilities overall.

Right, exactly. It seems water intrusion is covered for 3 though? Idk man, just make the warranty 3 years overall. Also, I get charge your worth. Time will tell if holding out pays out for lower cost options.
Really nice thread seeing CyberGlow’s bar, but the warranty work is not confidence inspiring. 2800 total keeping my bar to swap back in case the bar fails would seem like the way to go. These things are about 1k over what I would expect.
I've been toying recently tapping into the etherloop system on Cybertruck anyway. The 48V system that I'll summarize that "replaced a lot of wiring and shit" is interesting, but I have the twisted pair cable that you need to utilize on its way to my house. If it is similar to past tinkering I've...
Coincidently, I just messaged enhance over this for their commander and S3XY buttons this morning and stumbled on this thread getting revived. I'm pretty damn close to trying to solve this myself if neither them nor Teslaunch will do it.
As somebody that used to have the Ford/SunRun home backup system… Delays sure are dissapointing, but at least not 14k - 20k installed dissapointing when it doesn’t work. The bluetooth module doesn’t connect with the cars bluetooth module due to it being far away on passenger rear in the...
I self installed the 3V gateway and powershare has been running flawlessly. I already had a universal wall connector, tied the system in so when my solar batteries goes out or run out of juice the powershare kicks on.
Have a eaton smart breaker for solar outputs wired in panel to protect any...
You do have to activate in the Tesla one app. I think alternatively you can submit permits now to support. They don’t validate installers that are chosen in the app according to a friend.
I self installed my powershare system, $2850 for the material on a install and wiring labor seems great for what all was involved. I was quoted 5k from a local installer.
