Wouldn’t service have recommended bringing it in to replace/repair, if they thought it was a disconnected wire or broken? If they don’t even want it brought in, it’s probably already a known issue at this point.

You think this knocking noise is normal? it’s not. OP took it to service center they replicated it in the 4 demo trucks. And have no idea. mine just made same damn noise. These fixes they get forced to push out, that fix your truck if problem, start here.

Man that is a pretty gnarly sound. I did some testing in a parking lot and did not experience this. Kinda nuts all 4 demos did it too. Everyone should go play in a parking lot real quick to test it out
