My Tesla bumper protectors came with the same fold marks but after rain and washing the car they look perfect. Not sure if it's come kind of self healing or the water and soap moisturized them. They darkened up as well. I really like them.

I still have the middle console creak when turning and a rattle from my front passenger door when music has sharp bass. My driver’s side rear view mirror would creak when I opened and closed the door but that was fixed at the last service appointment. Next service appointment is in 2 weeks.

Not 100% sure on that. I made Tesla remove all the transportation rust spots before I accepted delivery and left on delivery day. They took it back to the detail department and it came back all gone. Took them about 15 -30 mins. If I had to guess.... they probably used Bar Keeper's Friend. None...

Mine was at service all week for delivery day fixes. They claimed they fixed the creak in the notes by taking off the panel and re-installing it. By the time I picked up the truck they told me the creak came back...they noticed it when pulling the truck around for pick up. They are ordering me...

I ordered the AWD just to get it sooner. Placed a cyberbeast reservation on 1/2024 to hopefully swap over in 2-3 years after production ramps and mfg kinks are worked out. Maybe even a refresh may be available. After taking delivery of the AWD and seeing first hand the workmanship & cosmetic...
