It probably doesn't even matter. Tomorrow we’ll be at 3 weeks since they announced this program, and no one knows how this “early delivery” will even work… no one has gotten any type of confirmation after submitting documents.

Yes, it is possible. You’ll probably be waiting another 6 months though. It’s an excruciating wait
