My guess is that it will be ok. I haven't tested it like that, but it doesn't appear to get hot because it's all LEDs. PPF may be too thick. You might try vinyl. Keep in mind that unless you already have this lightbar on order you may be waiting a while. I don't think they even have it up for...
Thank you very much for your kind words! Actually no, they do not interfere and work very well. I have a video ready that I will be releasing very shortly on those. Stay Tuned!!!!
I have a CB with 11,000 miles on it. I've never had that chirp. I have a buddy with an AWD and his doesn't have it either. However, for the first time this evening I heard a very faint, almost imperceptibly quiet chirp from the front of my M3P. I'd complain just based on how loud it is...
That's pretty much it. The truck will go to sleep as soon as you get out, but it won't fully power down for a couple of hours. That's just a way to force it.
However, all of these are kind of soft power offs. If you need to do a hard reset then you need to disconnect the MV power in the frunk.
That's pretty common especially for new releases. Also some versions are for internal Tesla testing or more commonly when they release it to just their employees. Some versions don't ever get passed that part.
Make sure ADVANCED is selected on the update option. Other than that it can be anywhere from a day to a few weeks. There's no way to call it. One day you'll wake up and it will be available. However, if it's over a month then I might make a call. Until then just go to the software page each...
This was one of the more complicated installs that we've tackled, but it's still pretty straight forward. Due to my novice level experience pulling a Cybertruck apart at the time I called in some help. Turns out a Cybertruck is fairly easy to work on. Who knew?
This project was so detailed...
We will be doing a review on this product. We've inspected it and the install process already and it's not as daunting of a challenge as it appears on the surface. Having said that, there are a couple of special tools you WILL need. You'll need the standard socket set and the trim remover...
That does not work that well around here especially for the one pot hole. It's associated with a manhole cover and so they won't do anything about it. FYI on the same street we have a couple spots with thick steel plates covering holes that are quite hard on the vehicles. They have been there...
Well I take it all back then, you may have stumbled on another glitch. I just came off of that version which was great. This should not have affected you, but you've got me wondering if it's related. In either case the new version should correct it all...
Great, but I'm willing to bet the update will solve your issue. The previous version may not necessarily have activated the FSD. It sounds weird I know, but it's what's been going on.
That's why it's important to take note of which software version you're running, not just FSD version.
Just...
I have good and bad news for you.. The good news is that this is not an uncommon issue and there is more than likely nothing wrong with your truck.
The bad news is that it probably won't be an overnight fix. But, that would also imply that there is something wrong so that's probably a poor...
