Your 100% correct, the OEM CT wheels have an offset of +58.5mm, the +40mm on the Rovers push that outwards 18mm, going even further to the +19mm pushes it out even further. It gets a little confusing as you can have both + and - offsets, and when going positive, the smaller the offset number...
