Can confirm in Fife they don't need the key card and I brought mine. They said they didnt need it but it was good to have it on my person just in case. As long as you drop the vehicle off inside the building not outside. Their super keys dont work well outside.

Got it a few weeks ago. Absolutely love the new sound and I think its very fitting for the truck. Few days later another cybertruck and I found ourselves on an empty road together and we just kept honking the new horn at each other as we drove down. Just big boys being kids again.
