I just had this happen to my CT today i have 4000miles. It happen right after i left a supercharger. Oddly the alert went away on my next stop. But, if i go into the service menu it shows the left motor in red. I have service setup also among a bunch of other items.

I have a silicone cover on my mini which is on the dash it is nicer to blend with the dash and does help with the reflection. When I had no cover just saw a white blob on the right of the window. I just don’t like it. Was distracting, hope that helps.
