I always put a heavy rubber mat bedliner in the bed to keep thinks from sliding around, so i would be fine with these scuffs. Figure you got to pick your battles….
Best practice, probably, is to refuse delivery if it's not how you want to accept it. That being said, I've accepted delivery on two Teslas with pretty messed up paint issues, knowing I would never bring them back to the SC, since I don't trust them, as they are not paint correction...
I would suggest holding the Cybertruck till you've owned it for a year, if you can swing it, so you can sell it privately and hopefully at a profit, or at least not lose money on it. Tesla is well known for their low ball trade-in offers. Your wallet would be happier if you could hold on to it...
Well since Tesla seems to give a 3-month delivery estimate window, and tomorrow is the last day of February, unless they are thinking they might deliver the truck to you tomorrow, would make more sense to take February off the table....
