If you read the local article it says the driver put it in reverse instead of drive to get out after the launch of the jet ski. Since I got a CyberMavrick I just look for the "D" symbol and not the "R" symbol if I want to go forward. I got no idea if the telsa's have the normal R, D, P, etc...
