Should I delete the app and reload?

Having an issue with my phone key (not yet on my CT) but on my 26 MDY. My IPhone app Constantly asking to set up my phone key. I've had the MDY for approx 6 months and this issue just began about a week ago. Anyone experiencing same issue or know how to resolve?
