I subscribe to FPL Evolution which is a flat rate electric charge. I have a 220 / 60amp breaker. My Y charges at a rate of approx 45 miles/hr however my CT charges at a rate of appprox 27 miles/hr. I've move the cable back and forth between the 2 vehicles with the same result. I've also changed...
