I get that same noise at around 40 mph but only when it's cold outside, like 40F or below. This week it's been mid 50's and I don't hear it. SC told me they thought it was related to the heat pump.

I just had mine done at the Tesla service center for $56.00.

I didn't care for the view on the V1, but so far in the rain he V2 has been great. Going to get snow this weekend so that will be the true test.

I received and installed the V2 yesterday evening. The issues I had with the view on the V1 have been resolved. Now waiting for next rain /snow to see how well it works.

This happens every time on my model Y when I go through a car wash. Cleaning doesn't help much, that's why I hand wash when I have a cover on. A regular hose won't bother it.

My buddy had a similar noise when turning as slow speeds. It ended up being the left upper control arm's nuts were under torqued per service invoice. Said they needed tightened and retorqued. No issues since then .

Ever get loud pulsating noises when the anti-lock brakes kick on in the snow? Mine does this only in the snow. Rain or ice the anti-lock brakes sound just like my other vehicles.

Can this one be used only with battery or can you plug it in and use it while plugged into power?

If you are leasing with only a slight chance of buying after the lease, go with the better lease price. Usually the residual is higher on the newer model and might make the lease of the 2025 cheaper. If the 2024 with the $1600 is a cheaper monthly payment, then get the 2024.
