Yep, owned my Quadrasteer for 10+ years and only turned it off a handful of times. Amazing feature in a truck for those that don't know or understand it's benefits.
Very happy to hear about this news, as I was very surprised at the initial 3 degrees of rear steering at release.
What I am really looking forward to is seeing updated turning radius/circle measurements with the updated 10 degrees. Just for reference, the GM Quadrasteer trucks had up to 15...
Yes, in certain situations RWS should be turned off, so my guess is that there will be a selection for it. In GM Quadrasteer trucks, it was recommended to turn off when entering an automatic pull-through car wash for example. Another example could be extreme weather (heavy snow or rain).

Thanks to this thread, checked my Tesla account and can confirm I got the invitation to order....
Got all excited, but then discovered it was only for the Foundation Series, AWD or CyberBeast versions.

I haven't done anything with my reservation...
As a previous long time Quadrasteer Owner, I was very excited when the CyberTruck announced 4WS. Hands down one of the top best features of the truck (for those who have never driven one, it will change your views on truck maneuverability).
Only thing I was a little disappointed to hear was a...
Does anyone have a good breakdown of maximum charging capability when compared to other charger setups? I'm currently running a ChargePoint Flex home charger on a 60 amp connection, and trying to see if this would provide any higher charge rate.
Ouch...
Was super pumped during the delivery event, and this range extender detail is a huge disappointment.
I was excited when I read range extender/possibility of 470mi range on the specs page...but at a loss of almost half of the bed, along with $16k in additional cost really loses total...
Wondered the same thing. Was very surprised at the initial mileage numbers (compared to the 500+ miles original goal)...BUT, my guess is that the "range extender" will be an additional cost to owners who want to "unlock" the full use of the battery pack range. And 470 for the all wheel drive...
