Beautifully written. I was right there with you through every turn. My gang of old timers just completed our final run of the year last week in The Dalles, Oregon. In Canada we refer to the coiled snaking pavement as “the twisties”.

Fixed it for you! I ran a red light today. I wasn’t paying attention when the light turned yellow, then it turned red and I drove right on through. I’m better at driving on the highway but I need to be more careful driving in the city.

Any pictures of the air cruiser tent on the truck unopened? Curious how big it is when travelling. Thanks
