Just finished my update and when I walked to the door to the house from the garage I heard the lock sound. I have it disabled at home and it has worked flawlessly until this update. I tried toggling it off and on but it still locked when I walked away. Kind of annoying but not the end of the...
Last time I got the finger was a guy driving next to me. I just smiled and kept waving at him. The fact that I didn’t get mad pissed him off even more. People really are crazy. I know I lived rent free in that guys head for a long time.
Has anybody tried this kit? https://teslahubs.com/products/teslahubs-proguard-advanced-noise-reduction-weatherproofing-kit-plus-v3
I do wonder if I changed seals up front if it would reduce noise at interstate speed. Curious if anybody has tried this kit or if there is a better one.
This is good info. I have been running KO3s for a few thousand miles and I am just getting ready for three different road trips. Got a bolt through the tire the second day I owned the truck. Bought it used with 6k miles. Only tire the local place had in stock in my size was the KO3. Luckily that...
That’s the route I went. Asked her to trust me. We got flipped off 3 times while test driving and she wanted no part in it. I told her I don’t let those people make any other decisions for me and this is no different. We are just over a month in and now she drives it every chance she gets. She...
I am still waiting for it to go away too. I picked mine up, a used CyberBeast Foundation series with 6k miles for $85k, about a month ago and after 2500 miles I am still blown away. I had a Raptor before and we measured smiles per gallon instead of mpg because the gas mileage was pretty bad. I...
I am curious. Plan on camping with my CPAP this summer. I use a small Ecoflow battery to power it now that has around 700 watts and it lasts all night. Barely. I figured it would eat up 1% of the truck battery a night or less. Curious how much more efficient it would be run off of the 48v.
True story. People get offended about everything nowadays.
No idea if he objects to a tape measure, but I will say that It’s a hell of a lot more fun to drive the truck for a few hours than it is to get out a tape measure. Driving it overnight also really helped me to make the decision to buy one.
Just ask for an overnight test drive. They let me bring it home overnight. I just had to ask. Pick it up around 5 or so and then bring it back the next day around open.
Good call. Hadn't thought about the kiddos. You don't want them getting hurt. Guess it would have to be remote activated. LOL. Not realistic anyway, just wish people were more respectful of others and their property.
I know this is probably not entirely feasible, but I wish you could hook up a small solar powered electric fence charger to the body of the truck. Stainless isn't the best conductor, but it would be a deterrent if somebody went to touch your truck and got a little jolt. I guess growing up on...
