I'm not attempting to minimize this issue for the affected, but this is an inflamatory post with more feelings than facts.
Not true. They are making ~3000/week now, based on the 30 you claim reported that's just 1% of 1 week of production. So extrapolating outwards ... an insignificant...
Not sure about those numbers but Tesla ain’t figuring out a way to bypass physics.
I just towed a box trailer about 200 miles, ended up at 12%, started at 100%. Less than my Raptor but not significantly less.
Nothing beating a diesel for towing.
Aerodynamics plays a huge role.
CyberBeast.
That sucks.
Was it on top of the tailgate or something? The bed has the weight rating, I don't think it applies to the tailgate.
At least it's a part that can just be replaced. Going to be $$$.

The thing is ... they will only be rare for the next 6 months ... this is like saying my Plaid was rare, it was not and the trade-in value proved it.
Please don't buy a mass produced vehicle expecting some kind of collectors edition. Tesla isn't limiting anything.
... not to mention, they...
There's some delusional posts in this thread ... there's no collectability to be had with the CyberTruck ... do you see anyone collecting the first gen Model S?
This is all a big waste of money and a bad financial decision ... get okay with it and enjoy your truck!
There's pros and cons but...
Let me sum up the news cycle on this:
1. These EVs will kill you, the batteries are unsafe, they will just explode out of nowhere!
2. Elon bad <but I have not a single reason why, he just is>
3. He should have never drove it in the rain
4. Probably rusted
5. A <insert whatever here> would never...
