These are removed and re installed during wrap/ppf process. Most likely it’s been installed wrong or bent. Should be able to resolve with some adjustments.

Completely normal. All of our clients trucks had this including mine. We used an all purpose cleaner on all rubber and plastics with a ceramic coating on top. Problem solved
