Hopefully the real price drop happens once they are able to deliver same day. After doing a demo drive, I'm honestly not even sure I can still justify $80k if it were the same "package" deal as the AWD Foundation Series.
I have a foundation and regular reservation waiting for me. With all the now "add-ons" I'd do to the regular I'm looking close to the price of the foundation.
Honestly, I can't justify paying for either. I was hoping the $20k less would actually be $20k less, honestly it's just a gimmick price...
good to know, I'm waiting because I'll need a car I can rely on, and speed-to-recovery is definitely part of the equation. It's nice to be in a forum with people who can afford the cybertruck as an extra vehicle to drive around on Sundays, but if I can't get to work it's a major pain and...
San Diego Cybertruck Owners: How would you like to be able to post here with an epic picture of your Cybertruck bed full of broken tiles, vinyl flooring, miniblinds, etc at the Miramar Landfill?!
I've been waiting on the $20k Foundation series price drop, but life goes on and I bought a house...
You're just driving wrong, just ask @Crissa and @Woodrick. You should really enjoy stopping every 90miles, who would even want to hold their bladder that long?! Forget the Keys, stop and smell the roses, "stretch your legs, go pee, eat, buy tchotchkes, etc." man :ROFLMAO:
oh wow you'll be the local hangie's best friend- no extra mounting hardware needed, and hopefully smart summon!
I'll stay a jellyfish for all of the roads that don't allow vehicles.
It's very true but it does raise a point on how some things are hidden away in screens that maybe should be more obvious to people who do not like spending time in screens learning stuff. I've always loved deep diving into menus to see what things are capable of, but on other things I'll admit I...
I doubt he needed to stage anything for clicks, if you watch it the man straps a decent amount of C4 to the trucks in an attempt to destroy them. He started loving the G-wagon after it dominated the Hilux in durability tests. I'm not saying he's some upstanding guy who always tells the truth on...
lowlights: the doors falling apart, and classic Tesla ghetto-fixes like duct taping washers for spacing. Looks like the legacy Freemont Factory culture ( NUMMI ) followed to Texas.
Man that jump was crazy, the off-roading was better than I thought even after watching so many CT offroading...
Idk about sedans, but I think there's a decent amount of the population like me that wants a Tesla that can go off-road. A Tesla 4runner is my dream car, the model Y just doesn't cut it for my comfort levels- so: cybertruck.
I definitely don't need a truck and the bed will be a waste of space...
+1 on the hvac passthrough
One thing I haven't seen is the ability to pop down that mesh panel. My dog loves to put her head on the console :)
I know that defeats the point for most people, but you might want to have both options available. I'd probably end up doing it myself anyway.
I...
I just got the email and can't afford the $20k either so I'm just letting it sit. Worst case they cancel it, best case I win the lotto and can reserve it.
I haven't see anybody who actually knows what happens on Tesla's end.
