The thing is the truck is in such high demand that if you didn't take it, they'd just give it to someone else. So there's no incentive to send these trucks back to the factory even though they have visible defects.

How many amps is the Powershare plug rated for? Is it mounted outside or in the garage?

You probably won't make it the 150 miles back home without charging somewhere along the way. To do that you'll have to disconnect the trailer first. Might be easier to just get a ride there. Electric vehicles don't have a "break in" period as far as I know, but I'm sure someone will correct...
