  1. No credit for Cyberbeast owners after May 22

Sources of Confusion in the Original Announcement: Which vehicles are affected by the change. The exact date when the policy change takes effect. The reason for the change and the details of the new alternative. This crucial information is missing from the original announcement. It's basic...
  2. No credit for Cyberbeast owners after May 22

It wasn’t entirely silent, but it was quiet and vague, which is why Tesla's sales and delivery teams were confused, at least until August. The announcement you’ve shared is reminiscent of those issued by traditional dealerships—something many Tesla customers dislike. I don’t believe this is the...
  3. No credit for Cyberbeast owners after May 22

The statement was quietly removed from the website without updating sales or delivery teams, with the hope that nobody will notice during the order, since neither credit or coupon ever mentioned in motor vehicle purchase agreement.
  4. Wheel Covers - get yours yet?

I took delivery in around August, no wheel covers. I stopped by Tesla shop the other day, they told me that they do not have those and new vehicles are still delivered without wheel covers.
  5. Found wheel caps that match Cybertruck style (by Foronetry)

Not a promotion or anything. I was looking for plastic center caps that do not have round shape in the middle and not outrageously priced. Found one by site sponsor @Foronetry https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D97BBRDZ?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1
  6. No credit for Cyberbeast owners after May 22

The credit was silently pulled out without awareness of sales and delivery teams. Before order, sales shared with me a screen (internal page) with an options and installation credit was listed in June. I do believe there was some internal change that didn't bubble up to sales. At delivery I was...
  7. No credit for Cyberbeast owners after May 22

I finally went in person to Tesla's shop and brought up the problem. They cannot do anything about the cutoff date. Neither the 4k credit or 2500 coupon are listed in Motor Vehicle Purchase Agreement and considered an incentive. They reference a clause: "Incentives. Tesla makes no promises...
  8. No credit for Cyberbeast owners after May 22

I’m not a lawyer but I definitely consider this.
  9. No credit for Cyberbeast owners after May 22

Depends how one defines "order". The original reservation process actually is called order process. Based on this all earlier reservations are eligible. Tesla has changed the rules retroactively without notifying sales and delivery teams, which do not have an idea how this has happened. I know...
  10. No credit for Cyberbeast owners after May 22

This is incorrect. It is just $2500 voucher. You can use the voucher to purchase PowerShare + universal charger, which is $2500 for the combo. There is no “free” universal charger.

I'm in TX as well. Can you share how one can start the complaint process ? Thanks.
  12. No credit for Cyberbeast owners after May 22

I was trying to use [email protected] but emails get rejected. I would send a letter but I don't know where.
  13. Vault cover question - missing piece?

Interesting theory. If the slat with the holes is a fix, it is very odd one.
  14. Vault cover question - missing piece?

I had mine (vin 25xxx) in service center today. Showed the missing slat (28 vs 29). The service center advisor has never heard of the issue. He went and checked couple of trucks on the floor. All of them had 28 slats with holes in the back. No known recall was issued and it considered "normal".
  15. No credit for Cyberbeast owners after May 22

Does anybody has a contact at Tesla reach out (email?) and share these concerns ?
  16. No credit for Cyberbeast owners after May 22

I conducted thorough due diligence by visiting the Tesla center, reviewing their internal policies, and confirming that credit would be included. The day before delivery, I spoke with a representative who explicitly assured me that the credit was part of the agreement. While I don't think there...
  17. No credit for Cyberbeast owners after May 22

I totally agree that this is deceptive tactics. In a fact, I reached out to delivery representative to validate before delivery that credit will be provided and was assured that installation credit is still provided. I was trying to reach out to Tesla, but there was no response. If there are way...
