Check to make sure that you don’t have scheduled charging set on the Charger side (not the car side)
Via the app you can change this if you added you gen 3 wall connectors to the app.
If you select scheduled charging in the charger you can’t override it via the car
My understanding is all cybertrucks go through an alignment at the service center prior to delivery. Glad they are taking the extra precautions to make sure you get a perfect truck!
Currently, it is fully functional, except for the ability to send power from the CT into the house. He should now be able to monitor his consumption through the Tesla app. Additionally, if he has solar, he should also be able to view his production. Tesla expects to release this update in June.

The answer is no. TESLA will not send you the hardware. They will only send it to a certified installer. Even if you were to get your hands on the hardware and get it installed you wouldn’t be able to commission it. Only a certified Tesla installer can
