the 2nd picture of the firmware version is the latest firmware. I assume those are the 2 different models you have purchased. Ok, try removing the SD card and running without the SD card for a few days and see if that is better for you.

after listening to it some more, I believe it is in-fact the inverter... yours just has a slightly more high pitched sound than mine.

so I get to the appointment today and they inform me that parts aren't available. I had this appointment scheduled for over a month. They ordered parts and rescheduled for later this month.
Right now mine only leaks in the car wash. Rain and even heavy rain doesn’t ingress as I replaced the seal with a more heavy duty one early on. I will be taking it to the car wash probably on Wednesday for testing.
That is what we are talking about here. They now have a fix for that issue that involves installing a new seal and adding 1-2 metal slats to the cover.
