Well it’s a highly capable OffRoad Truck. There’s always the option of adding the Range Extender, which I plan on doing or buying a Model Y if range is a priority over Off Road capability.

There used to be after market kits for these Vertical Rear Sliding Windows. IMO this is the best option. Has anyone found a Vertical Slider solution?

I personally, think it makes the Cybertruck MORE appealing to the eye. Especially if the truck is wrapped in Satin Black.

I’m worried now. This is going to suck if we can’t mitigate heat using tint or a reflective sun shield over the “dash”. Sounds like a engineering & materials design flaw and liability to release a production vehicle with a windshield that cracks so easily.

I’ve use 3M Ceramic on the our Model X, tinted all the way down to the Visor line. Live in SoCal. No issues.

A simple solution would be to just make a sliding rear window. I think they still make aftermarket kits for other trucks.

I’d rather have the option to select BFGoodrich All Terrains (KM3s) like Tesla used in their latest video touting the new Offroad Modes.

Same. I haven’t taken delivery of the CT but in our Model X we keep Overheat Protection On. It has a Default temp of 100 degrees.

Bummer. I think the Side Views are more critical than the Rear. If anyone has driven a panel truck or van, you simply don’t have the luxury of a Rear View.
