I too very much want / would prefer my FS CT come with AS tires instead of AT tires. Range more important than possible off-road use. Would hate to get the truck only to buy new AS tires weeks or months later. Then I have these huge tires sitting around.

Maybe us from NJ should rent a one-way bus, pack a bunch of us onboard, drive to Giga, and pickup out CT’s in person. Then drive back to NJ in a massive NJ CT convoy. Just a thought.

I’m originally from LI, so not biased against either N/S Jersey. So actually LI is better. In all honesty, any place you can get a CT delivery is a good place.

Has anyone taken delivery of a CT with the AS tires instead of the AT tires? Does anyone know or heard of that being a delivery option? I would much prefer the AS tires over the AT tires for the improved range. Thanks

Progress is a beautiful thing. Guess I’ll start watching my account a little closer now. Also in NJ, but ordered on 1/1. There 9 NJ orders ahead of me, according to the tracker. Hopefully Tesla shipped a bunch (train load) for NJ orders. Enjoy the CT when you get it.
