1. Bit warmer 80 vs 50’s
2. Same speed
3. Closed.
4. More traffic
other user reported same % increase, I’m seeing the same..
still not good enough for me honestl, I need more.
I will confirm 20% improvement in efficiency going from LTX to hanook ion Ht.
Last drive to Hillsborough,Tx. Arrived at 4% from 100% with LTX, this time arriving 24% with Hankook. Craxy improvement if you ask me.
No how do get get even more efficiency gain forged wheels and get another 10% :-)
If you like efficiency do not buy Ltx platinum they weigh 65Lbs a tire vs. scorpion at 45Lbs.
Lots of other options that won’t destroy your efficiency.
I swapped my LTX for Hankook ION HT 45Lbs no regrets and improved efficiency.
Use Abrp app as select fewer stops and ya charge longer, some times charging stops fit in route and time other times nope, forced stop early or later do to charger gaps.
I have seen Tesla nav some times let you select different charging preference.
Also under 70mph will help you get longer...
Unless you charge to 80% it’s the truth.
50% soc is 1:30 around 100miles that’s optimal with the garbage charging curve.
On a 1k mile trip, options become limited.
I have my Cyberfridge into a ecoflow river2 under my back seat, runs for many hours, can top up when super charging also usb-c to xt keeps some juice flowing.
Here is some data for long haul drivers 1000 miles + in cyberbeast.
Most likely some time saving with a max pack Silverado EV sierra ev Escalade iq guessing probably 1.5hrs Could be more, but some manual & Supercruse driving vs. FSD.
My thoughts on Silverado EV Max Pack.
If you do long distance driving and want to reduce charging stops and time max pack could save 1.5hrs over 1100miles vs CT.
CT 500mile trips won’t make much difference unless towing.
600 mile update sitting at 410wh/mi so definitely improvement, 400 miles of that was highway with 25% dirt road, mountain pass.
i’ll have more data after another week or so after 1100mile highway.
Super happy so far with the hankook ion ht over them heavy LTX.
