they got a little low pressure when I hit cold environment. Down to 45. Drove maybe 100 miles like that and they warmed up to 47. Then I inflated them all and didn’t notice they were low. The next 1000 miles or so seemed to do the real stripping of the rear. Very weird.

Small update. I’ve gone about 300 miles on the new tires. They started around 9/10mm. So far they seem the same. Will be taking measurements on the trip home. fingers crossed. Trying to do near 100% fsd home.

super interesting. Do yours wear evenly down. I’ve now determined all my excessive wear happened somewhere in the last 1000-1500 miles. Before then it was roughly wearing even with the fronts.

That would definitely do it but I don’t think it’s possible for the diff to lock in FSD. Also I’ve never locked the diff myself. So it would have to be some weird glitch.

My pressures were around 45 cold on parts of the trip in the mountains but we didn’t do too many miles there and was not going quick around there. you may be right on the fronts but those are at least in the realm of reasonable. Thanks much for your thoughts.
