When the battery cathode plant is up and running and Tesla can get a higher energy 4680 reliably produced we will see the 500 mile truck. It’s not an if it’s when. They aren’t going to change the design to cram a bunch of batteries in to get the range. I hope we see a 500 mile range truck next year.

Tesla offered 4000 for our 2006 crv. Sold it to someone who called 10 minutes after putting an add on Craigslist for 7500 cash. No company offers a fair value.

To me those look more like they could be the front casting.

The standard range model y’s out of Texas have the 4680’s

I was at that meeting till about 5pm. No one was allowed near the truck when I was around. The time on that display says 4:24pm.

There were plenty of people who ordered the dual motor with a 300mile range. I think they can probably make that with the current 4680’s and satisfy the pressure to start delivering this truck. I want a quad motor with 500 mile range I just don’t think I’m going to get it yet. Maybe around the...

I think they may just produce a 300 mile dual motor with the current 4680 and those us who want the higher range cars will have to wait.

I hope the tour is more than 10 minutes. A long way to travel for that.
