the fuse is 60 amps... it only pulls 49 amps at full charge.

at this time i wouldn't consider the cybertruck website to be an accurate reflection of their intentions.. since they de-linked it from the main tesla page they stopped maintaining it. when they put a link to it from tesla.com THEN i suspect it will be maintained and updated.

I disagree.. I suspect that ev range will GREATLY increase within the next 3-5 years as newer battery tech comes out and people are going to want to be able to fully charge overnight... yes that might be an expensive install of the charger but that is a one time expense.

tesla.com and the tesla app list the current wall charger.. mine is hooked up to a 60 amp breaker and can recharge my model y in about 6 hours from 20-80 percent... these chargers have the internal configuration to handle multiple chargers on one breaker... so you can hook 2 of them into the...

without knowing an ETA on the next level wall charger and the size of the battery pack <all we have is an ESTIMATE from a document> it is impossible to make a meaningfull recomendation.. for ME.. it will be the standard wall charger they have out now.. but ONLY because i never go over 100 miles...

without knowing the actual pricing points how can anyone make a guess about that.. if they bring in an entry level awd pickup at 55k.. I think they will sell all they can build!.

i finanaced a small portion of the model Y i bought last month... tesla had the lowest interest rate offered between them, my credit union, and usaa... so i let them set it up for me.

on thee model y.. the brake light is controlled by the rate of deceleration.. I am assuming this will be true on the CT also..

Tesla is moving away from clusters .. and putting everything on the infotainment system.. i wouldn't expect the CT to have one... that being said there are a LOT of aftermarket clusters that fit in the vent rail on a Y and are fairly easy to install.. Personally took a bit to get used to ...

While i understand people looking at the Model X and Model Y rollout plans etc for history.. you also have to look at where the company was. With model X, as I recall Tesla was barely holding on.. with Model Y they weren't THAT profitable... so with both of those cars they needed to make a big...
