The chart in this forum? Not sure why it says that. I have heard nothing from Tesla and have zero indication when I’ll be taking delivery at this point.
For sure, I don’t assume it needed a repair or was damaged, but I view something like that as a possibility. Maybe just piss poor logistics that a VIN assigned a week or so later leaves the factory to Oregon before mine… like I said before, “it is what it is with Tesla,” unfortunately.
Sadly, anything is possible with Tesla. ?
There were a few reports a week or so ago of a few deliveries being delayed due to Tesla needing to do something or fix the Cybertrucks at the delivery center. One person’s VIN was within like 50-75 of mine. Perhaps something on mine was fixed at the...
Ya, I know “it is what it is with Tesla.” This will be my 5th. Still a bit frustrating they can’t improve communications just a tiny bit.
Have you heard from your PowerShare installer? I got an email on Wednesday asking for all kinds of pics of my house and electrical setup for them to put a...
I know essentially nothing. Last I got was maybe it’ll arrive at the service center by end of next week or week after.
“We’ll let you know when we know more.” - lol, no you won’t. Complete silence.
Sounds like mine was delayed and hasn't actually left the factory. Initially, I was told it should arrive at my delivery center by the end of this week. Now, I am being told end of next week or the week after. "It's in the process of leaving the factory."
?
Sounds about like the timeline I am working with. Got VIN on the 18th. As of yesterday, it was in transit to Tigard but was still in TX on Friday. Supposed to arrive late this week with delivery next week.
It seems some employees are willing or able to get a bit more info than others. If you have ever received a text from Tesla, try texting that number and asking if they know when it will arrive at the delivery center. I have pinged them a few times since I got my VIN on the 18th and they do have...
A Tesla employee in Portland specifically mentioned rail being used. I think it's used at some point in Texas to get them out of Austin, but later obviously placed on a truck and driven up I5.
@greggertruck might have a better idea of how rail is used.
Nice! I guess it takes time to get out of Texas with whatever rail yard it sits at. Mine is supposed to arrive at Tigard late this week, with delivery likely next week, unless they can magically prep it fast for me.
allegedly this guy. He had another comment saying what day the auction was. This was from over the weekend and he’s listed as an automotive wholesaler on Facebook.
