I’m with you! Coming off my “22 X Plaid, the CT self drive is MUCH better but it does still occasionally need an accelerator nudge to maintain the posted speed limit. (Had same problem in my X.) I really DO miss summon, hopefully it will be deployed soonest.

Ok, the update did not change the lane centering or maintaing speed limit in hurry mode on city streets for me. It is still dead center on the roads.

Had similar problems with going below the speed limit while in FSD. Trying switching from chill/standard to hurry and it was working better before last night’s update (v12 2025.8.7 FSD v13.2.8). Usually now maintaining at least the speed limit with Hurry. Hope the update doesn’t mess it up.

Thanks, I just upgraded to that version. Did not have any problems before that update staying centered. Will post either way as I drive.

Yeah, if your in a Mini in the right lane trying to make a right turn it’s hard to see oncoming traffic around the CT as it is, even worse when the CT doesn’t stop behind the line.

Had this problem with my X and never got it fixed. Took it in very early and got the dreaded “could not replicate” answer on the service sheet. However, there were some consistencies that triggered it but other times it was random. I have time dependent cost charging so it was a concern. I...

Sign me up for the results of this experiment when someone actually does it. Often thought about the trade off in time vs speed. For me, reducing the amount of time from start to finish is most important. hence, the conundrum do I actually save total time by going faster when I ”waste” more...
