Because there are so many Tesla fanboys and apologists. They will just flood the post, with "well you bought a 1st version", "you knew you would be a beta tester", etc. The difference is, real beta testers don't pay for the product, we are paying.
I placed my Cyberbeast order 18-Jan and so far crickets. I have to say, Tesla customer service is terrible.
I honestly would be hard pressed to buy another Tesla.
This is my exact complaint with Tesla. Their customer experience is terrible and you have Tesla apologists that will come after you for raising the issue.
My cyberbeast will most likely be my only Tesla.
For me, the biggest problem is lack of communication. Tesla should engage the customer. They should be able to provide rough estimates of milestones (i.e. VIN assignment) and delivery.
