  1. Let's all let Tesla know we want option to set FSD max speed on the scroll wheel made available.

On a 100 mile trip yesterday my CT would not let me control the speed either no matter how much I scrolled. Very annoying. Also very annoying, my CT avoided about ten white splotches, (assuringly bird poop) on the highway by swerving to avoid them. Swerving at 75 mph puts the swerve into the...
  2. My dog escapes with dog mode enabled

I put my dog in the back seat and use the child door locks. Right after I got meh truck I was exiting g a store's drive thru window and my dog opened my back door . ...twice. I called into support and was told about the child lock function of the back seats and that fixed my issue.
  3. My brother says that he might buy an "Ugly Truck"

My brother is so impressed with the performance of my CT IN FSD that he told my younger brother that he thinks that he is going to buy an "Ugly Truck". I found that hilarious. I told him that I thought that the truck was odd looking at first but now I not only like the truck's performance...
  4. Cybertruck handled a 200 mile round trip almost perfectly but....

It was very strange when it happened. I gave it a few seconds to see if it would correct on its own but with the car coming my way I decided to intervene and move over to the right lane. I was shocked because the truck has been doing so well up to this point. I hope that the Tesla team...
  5. Cybertruck handled a 200 mile round trip almost perfectly but....

I went on a 200 mile round trip to the doctor's office with my brother this morning. A while after getting home from an almost perfect ride we decided to leave my house again to go grab a bit to eat at a nearby restaurant. On the way home we arrived at a small county road intersection with a...
  6. Highway driving in the rain

So yesterday was my first experience driving the CT through the rain with FSD. The truck performed extremely well and continues to improve over time. Whenever an 18-wheeler passed me in the left lane upwind from me the blast of water behind the truck blinded my CT so that it required that I...
  7. Tesla: Please add Cruise Control to the Cybertruck

The construction zone between my house and town is about 7 miles long (out of a 25 mile total distance). I could put it in manual but I don't thin k that it is too much to expect to have FSD and cruise control. Heck, even if they pick up a cruise control that is off patent and slap it in...
  8. Tesla: Please add Cruise Control to the Cybertruck

I agree with you completely except for one thing. I don't go crazy and yell at a machine. I go crazy and loudly cuss out the machine.
  9. Tesla: Please add Cruise Control to the Cybertruck

Thanks, I will check out the settings to see if I am actually activating it.
  10. Tesla: Please add Cruise Control to the Cybertruck

As the title of this post plea indicates, I wish my CT had cruise control. A cruise control that was easy to set, keeps the settings and stops when the brake is applied. I still have over twenty interventions on a twenty five mile trip to town because it cannot hold the legal speed limit in...
  11. This forum should be called “let’s complain about the Cybertruck”

A CT that looked just like mine passed me on the highway yesterday here in South Texas. It was nice to see another CT down this way. I bet he was on his way to SpaceX.
  12. First Drive FSD v13.2.6 disappointing

In construction zones where one of the two highway lanes that you are driving on is closed the truck should see the cones in the road, trucks, equipment and workers milling around and take that as a cue to slow the hell down. I went through a zone like that with trucks moving around and I had...
  13. First Drive FSD v13.2.6 disappointing

I had a very good experience with the highway on ramp and acceleration into the merge yesterday. I was in chill mode and the truck made a great entry onto the highway, accelerating aggressively and merging better than I might have done myself. It was a pleasant surprise.
  14. First Drive FSD v13.2.6 disappointing

Agreed. I hear all of the great CT FSD reports and wonder why my CT is so poor at keeping me in my lane. It is very strange that the disparity exists and wonder if it has to do with the initial camera calibration done by us, the users. I would have rather had Tesla do the camera calibration...
  15. First Drive FSD v13.2.6 disappointing

I have had my CT for about one month and since the day that I took delivery it has had issues with staying in the center of the lane stripes. My hard v. 3 Model S was much better at keeping within the lane stripes. The CT has been disappointing with this respect. Otherwise I would absolutely...
  16. First Drive FSD v13.2.6 disappointing

So I drove 200 plus miles of highway driving yesterday and I am a bit disappointed with my first 13.2.6 experience. I had to intervene a total of about 5 times when I was passing semi trucks on the highway. My CT would cross over the left yellow lane stripe and into the rough cut of the...

  18. 2024.45.32.10 update installing now

I wonder if I need to recalibrate the cameras. If it continues to hug the left lane on the FM road near my house I may do a recalibration of the cameras to see if it improves this issue. It is VERY noticeable with my CT.
  19. 2024.45.32.10 update installing now

My CT is installing 13.2.6 right now. I am curious about if the lane centering has improved. My truck has a tendency to hug the left or right parts of the lanes at times. It even drove out of my lane into the rough pavement cut on the highway before I had to intervene once. Hopefully it has...
